This comic stars Crowley from Good Omens, in a scene from season two where he shares his very strong thoughts on feeding ducks (and hints at a potential future as a biologist??).
It went viral on Twitter (X), reaching 10k likes and 218k views.
Designed by Dragocorn, this little 8-bit creature spins an 8-ball on its back as it blinks the eyes on its ribcage and drips a mysterious liquid.
I love this little character designed by Shadybug. I just really loved how their mouth is an eye, and their eyes are up on antennas, so I wanted to make sure I expressed that by animating the upper eyes blinking, and animating the large mouth-eye opening and closing in a way that looks natural for both an eye and a mouth. I also really liked animating the hypnotic effect of the eye, which I achieved by just alternating circles between 3 colors.
A beloved cartoon character through the years,
from the 1920s to the 2000s.
I know it's cheesy, but I love the Bachelorette.
Charity Lawson was my favorite, she has such a sweet, dorky side behind her elegant exterior. I based this off of one of her photoshoots, and I wanted to capture the shine of the camera lights on her skin and the sequins on her dress. I used a photo for the texture on her dress, then painted over it to create the folds in the fabric and the shading.

Disastronaut was designed by Notmusa, and has appeared in several illustrations, and on a bunch of types of merch. I loved the way they chose to represent smoke or clouds, it looks a lot like Samurai Jack. He's really funky, he could be an EDM mascot. He's usually seen floating through space looking badass. I put extra time and care into the linework on his suit, all those little pockets, and the lines on the tubes.
